Do you offer course cancellations or refunds?
Should you need course cancellation/refund information, please contact our office at (734) 629-4404. Any course cancellation requested less than 1 week (minimum 7 days) prior to the course date, can receive a refund less a $25 administration fee. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellation requests granted on the day prior or the present day of the course. The recipient will lose all costs of the registration fee. Refunds will also be forfeited for all no-shows.

Do you accept walk-in registrations?
No.
Please register online at least one week prior to a course as we must make proper preparations, ensuring adequate amounts of food, seating, and course documents. You may be able to register on short notice if available space can be accommodated. Please contact our office at (734) 629-4404 or info@smolerceservices.com.
Are meals and refreshments included?
Continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during breaks are included with all full-day courses unless otherwise indicated. Continental breakfast is included with morning half-day courses.
Dinner is provided for evening courses.
If you have special dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), please inform us at least 10 business days before the start of the course by contacting our office at (734) 629-4404 or info@smolerceservices.com.
How do I ensure I registered for the course?
Registration for the course is complete after payment. Once payment is accepted your space will be reserved in the course. Smoler Institute CE Services will contact you in case of scheduling changes.
Once registered you will also receive an email confirmation of your selected course.
How do I obtain my course credit letter?
You must sign in at the registration desk prior to the start of the course and be present for the entire duration of the course. More details will be explained at the attended course.
