ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SmolerCEServices.com (the "Site"), operated by Smoler Smiles CE Services, LLC ("Smoler CE Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site in any way - including browsing, registering for a course, or submitting an inquiry - you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use this Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, whether or not you complete a registration or purchase. Use of certain services may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented at the time of registration. If those supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms will control for that service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please check this page regularly.

 

COURSE REGISTRATION

By submitting a registration inquiry through this Site, you are expressing interest in enrolling in a Smoler CE Services course or mentorship program. Submission of an inquiry form does not guarantee enrollment. A Smoler CE Services team member will contact you to confirm availability, course details, and payment.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting any inquiry or registration form on this Site.

 

COURSE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing high-quality continuing education experiences. Please review the following policy before registering.

Cancellations by Registrant:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled course date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the course date are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future course.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the course date or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

To request a cancellation, contact us at DrBruce@smolersmiles.com with your name, course name, and registration date.

Cancellations by Smoler CE Services: In the event that Smoler CE Services must cancel or reschedule a course, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Course fees are confirmed during the registration follow-up process. Payment is due prior to course attendance. Smoler CE Services accepts payment via Venmo or PayPal. Payment instructions will be provided by our team during the registration confirmation process.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your registration in accordance with the payment terms presented to you at the time of enrollment. Smoler CE Services reserves the right to cancel a registration for which payment has not been received prior to the course date.

CE CREDITS & EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Courses offered through Smoler CE Services are designed for licensed dental professionals seeking continuing education. CE credit hours are awarded upon successful completion of the applicable course.

Smoler Smiles CE Services is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership, and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2029. Provider ID# 379998.

The content provided in our courses and mentorship programs is for educational purposes only. It does not replace the exercise of independent professional judgment, nor does it constitute a guarantee of clinical outcomes. Participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable licensing requirements in their state or jurisdiction.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

Photography and video recording may occur during in-person courses and mentorship sessions for educational or marketing purposes. Participants will be notified at the start of each event and given the opportunity to opt out. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a Smoler CE Services team member before the event begins.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

By using this Site, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect: When you submit an inquiry or registration form, we collect personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and practice details.
